Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order!
Since my wings are custom items for special occasions, I will not be offering refunds or exchanges. In the event your wings are lost, heavily delayed or severely damaged in transit, please get in touch and I will open a claim with USPS or you can open a claim yourself. All packages include insurance!
Payment
I accept all forms of payment listed at checkout so you may choose your method there!
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority mail once a week. If you would like express shipping(usually 1-2 days in US, 1 week international) you may select it at checkout.
If you need your wings by a specific date, please select the appropriate shipping at checkout. Once packages have been dropped off, I cannot guarantee their arrival time nor am I responsible for any late delivery. Once the Post Office has your package, it is their responsibility to deliver on time! It is best to contact your local post office in regards to your package if it is late or misdelivered.
** All international buyers are responsible for taxes and customs fees upon receipt.
